The staff helped us with a day trip. the location is also close to downtown. It made getting around easier. the room was spacious, we had no issues with storage.

helpful staff wine selection breakfast options

the hotel staff were good and very helpful. the bar was fully stocked and i noticed a good selection of wines. the breakfast here is worth the money and had many options.

the discoloured grouting around the bath didn't look great, it brought the room down a bit.

The location was convenient for accessing city center attractions.

My room had some cleanliness issues. I found hairs in the bathtub after it was supposedly cleaned. there were stains on the carpet (which I found quite unappealing) and they didn't seem to vacuum the room thoroughly.

The location IS AMAZING, near attractions. every staff member was nice, including security at night. they ensured we had water to bring to bed after the festival. SO thoughtful.

The bathroom could be a lot cleaner. The taps in the sink need A deep clean! i noticed buildup on the handles in the bath.

friendly staff comfortable bed quiet room faulty tv faulty phone blank screen

the staff at reception were friendly at check in and check out. i ate in the restaurant and the food was top class! the beds were really comfortable, and my room was quiet at night.

the tv did not work , and the phone also did not work. a man replaced the phone, but it still did not work. the tv showed blank screens and glitched for some channels.
