Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located, offering easy access to the city center and a variety of restaurants. While the rooms are showing signs of age and lack some expected amenities for a four-star establishment, I would still recommend the hotel. On the upside, the changing rooms had some broken items.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms weren't serviced during my stay, and some areas were dusty due to ongoing renovations, but the service was exceptionally good, especially at the bar. However, I was disappointed that the Jacuzzi wasn't available, and the pool changing rooms were not very clean. Despite these issues, the friendly and helpful staff made the stay enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were modern and nice overall, but there was a persistent loud fan outside that could disturb the peace. The service provided was very kind, but at times a bit slow in attending to requests. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of key city attractions, yet with some cleanliness issues in certain areas. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good quality but at a higher price point. Overall, a decent value for money option with room for improvement in different areas.
The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, great service from extremely helpful and friendly staff, and a very central location within walking distance to various amenities. However, some dining experiences were disappointing with cold, expensive food. The overall value for money was reasonable.
The hotel offered a basic, yet acceptably clean and tidy room. The booking process was a bit complicated, but the best part of the trip was the comfortable rooms. However, the limited TV stations and uncomfortable chairs were drawbacks, and the room was a bit dark and not the cleanest.
I found the hotel to be a nice option for my stay. The rooms were spacious, had a fridge and a cool speaker for my phone, but the overall experience was lukewarm at best. The service was very friendly and helpful, although the check-in time delay was a minor inconvenience. The location was central, perfect for exploring Belfast, but my room view was not the best. The dining experience was average with buffet style options and some carelessness from other guests. Overall, a decent hotel with both positives and negatives.
I had one of the best night sleeps in a long time during my business trip at this hotel. The bed was comfortable. However, the room wasn't attended to after our first night, which I found a little odd.
My stay at the hotel was phenomenal. The room was spacious and clean, and finally, a hotel with air conditioning and heating that actually works. The bed was super comfy, and I was pleasantly surprised that the room was ready despite my early morning arrival from the USA. The service was exceptional, especially at the bar where the staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms, although needing some updating, were nice and big, providing everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. The service, despite a slight delay at check-in, was friendly and very accommodating. The location was very central, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. However, the dining experience was lacking and would benefit from improvement in organization and staff friendliness.
